2021, Environmental PollutionCitation Excerpt :To analyze the pollution process, we should not only analyze the pollution source emission intensity (EI), but also analyze the cumulative increment, because both of them are related to the accumulative amount of the pollution source (Shi et al., 2016). EI can be expressed as the integral of pollution source activity intensity (AI) and attenuation coefficient over time (Zeng and Wu, 2009). In addition, there is a certain positive correlation between EI and AI of pollution source, which has been proved by many literatures (Andrés et al., 2015; Li et al., 2015).
